Eros Reposado begins with 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave cultivated in the volcanic soils of Jalisco. Following traditional production methods, the agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens, naturally fermented, and double distilled before resting 9-months in Agave soaked American oak barrels.

Aroma: Freshly cooked agave, sweet vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and delicate floral notes.
